Just a tip

I learned this from Rick Warren.

There is a war going on and the battlefield is in you. We are constantly fighting our conscience. When you decide to be a man's conscience, guess who he gets angry at?

He takes all the anger he's fighting against himself and his own conscience and his own ethics and he turns it on you. Don't try to be somebody's else god or somebody's conscience.

"You should, you must, you ought to etc"1-Never use words like these because the person will turn all attention against fighting you who represents his conscience. It doesn't work.
